ESPE - ONLINE SALES POLICY

All orders for ESPElife.com are filled via our online store. We are a secure e-commerce site, but know some of you may have concerns about transacting via the Internet; therefore we chose to have a third party host our online store (SQUARESPACE.COM). Squarespace provides software programs ("Software") that enable merchants to build online stores through which they can sell their products and services online. Squarespace also provides merchants services, including hosting of the online store, email services, marketing services, and other related services as may be offered from time to time (collectively, "Services"). For your security all online sales are also on a third party basis through Stripe. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Most of our merchandise is shipped via US Mail. Please allow one business day for order processing and at least 2 business days for shipment of in-stock items. Additional delivery time may be necessary for custom, special orders or out of stock items. Delivery time is based on your distance from Southern California and may take up to 14 days for your package to arrive. Tracking numbers are available upon request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service or Federal Express International. Shipping method is determined by merchandise to be shipped. When possible, customer's preference will be taken into consideration. You are responsible for any additional duty, tax and VAT charges. Transit time will vary with destination. No refunds or exchanges to avoid scammers. 

DAMAGED GOODS

Our Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however on rare occasions, stuff happens. So, for your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage, and keep the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, you need to do the following:

  • Quickly contact your local USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex office for a Damage Inspection report.
  • Request that USPS, UPS, or FedEx return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.
  • Do NOT return the merchandise yourself as this may delay your reorder or credit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation on ESPE Life online orders are available within the first 24 hours or your purchase. After the 24 hour period cancellation for money back refund is no longer available.
